The controller of the personal data collected on TradeMetrics is Nicolas Ménard (micro-entreprise, SIRET 107 147 480 00019), publisher of the platform, whose registered address is 13 Avenue des Murs du Parc, 94300 Vincennes.

Your data is used to create and secure your account, provide the journaling and calculation features, process payments, respond to support requests and protect forms against abuse. The legal basis depends on the purpose: performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the service.

Identification

Email address and unique identifier — account creation, login security, service communications (confirmations, invoices, important notices).

Trading data

Information you enter in your journal (instruments, size, PnL, dates, setups, screenshots) — used to generate your statistics and dashboards. This data is never used for any other purpose.

Billing

Subscription history and Stripe customer ID. Card numbers are processed exclusively by Stripe and never pass through our servers.

Analytics and security

Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic statistics. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser signals when protecting forms against bots.

We do not use these tools for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your personal data. Each provider's processing is described in its own privacy policy.

To provide a secure, high-performance service, we rely on established providers. Some of them may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States); these transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

TradeMetrics does not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. The app uses the storage required to keep you signed in. Vercel Web Analytics measures pages viewed using aggregated, anonymized data, without cookies, with a temporary identifier that resets every day. Cloudflare Turnstile runs technical checks when you use forms that are protected against bots.

The list of trackers and how they work may change as the service evolves. This page is updated whenever a provider or a purpose changes.

Your trading data is sensitive, and we treat it that way:

• ▪encryption of connections (TLS) and of data at rest;
• ▪hashed passwords — never stored in plain text;
• ▪data access isolated per account (database-level security rules);
• ▪payments handled separately by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified.

In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights, you will be notified in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.

Active account

Account and trading data is kept for as long as the account exists.

After cancellation

When your trial or subscription ends, access to the dashboard is suspended, but your trades and accounts are not deleted. They are kept until you request permanent deletion from your account settings. There is no automatic deletion after a period of inactivity.

Deletion requested

Requesting permanent deletion from your settings erases your account and trading data from active systems. Some billing data may remain subject to legal retention obligations.

Billing

Data required for billing may be kept for the applicable statutory periods, even after the account is deleted.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• ▪Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you;
• ▪Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected;
• ▪Erasure — request the deletion of your account and your data;
• ▪Portability — receive your data in a structured format — a CSV export of your journal is available at any time from the dashboard;
• ▪Restriction — request that processing be temporarily suspended;
• ▪Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise these rights: contact@trademetrics.fr. We respond within the time limit set by the GDPR, generally one month. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

TradeMetrics is intended exclusively for adults (18 and over), as set out in the Terms of Sale. We do not knowingly collect data about minors; any account identified as belonging to a minor will be deleted.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or to applicable regulations. If there is a material change, active users will be notified by email or through the platform. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
