The entire TradeMetrics site — design, code, text, logo and structure — is protected by French and international copyright law. Any reproduction, automated extraction (scraping), resale of access or creation of derivative products without written permission is prohibited.

You remain free to browse the site, export your own data and share links to the platform.

TradeMetrics is a software tool for calculation and tracking. It is not a broker, not investment advice, and not a guarantee of results.

TradeMetrics cannot be held liable for:

• ▪Financial losses — trading carries a significant risk of capital loss; your results depend on your own execution.
• ▪Input or calculation errors — always double-check your position size before placing an order.
• ▪Temporary service unavailability — technical outages may occur despite our best efforts.
• ▪Changes to prop firm rules — the information shown comes from their public documentation; only their official website is authoritative.

Never trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.

TradeMetrics does not use advertising cookies. The app uses the session storage required for login; Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless aggregated statistics, and Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against bots. No retargeting pixels and no sale of personal data.

The site may contain links to third-party websites (prop firms, trading tools). TradeMetrics has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or practices.

Access to the platform requires acceptance of the Terms of Sale. By subscribing, you represent in particular that you:

• ▪are at least 18 years old;
• ▪will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
• ▪will not attempt to compromise the security of the service;
• ▪will keep your login credentials strictly personal.

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). TradeMetrics never has access to your card number. An electronic invoice is issued for each billing period.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (micro-entreprise regime).

Personal data (email, journal data) is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the following rights:

• ▪Rectification — correct inaccurate information;
• ▪Erasure — request deletion of your account and your data;
• ▪Portability — receive your data in a usable format;
• ▪Objection — object to processing.
